Service of process

Our staff consists of experienced and professional Certified process servers. Our goal is customer service and our staff will inform you when service has been completed or if there are any problems with service. When served we will prepare an affidavit of service and file the affidavit with the court. You will be provided with a copy of the filed affidavit. We provide status of service online via our web portal and provide a copy of the affidavit of service for your viewing and download. We provide daily status updates for our clients, accessable through our web portal.

Court Services

Our court services staff is knowledgeable and familiar with all the courts in Maricopa County. We will make sure your documents are filed with the court in a professional and timely manner. Note* we can only provide status updates on court filings if the request is submitted through our web portal*

Investigations

Our staff has 15 years of investigations experience. We are very thorough in our investigations and will provide you with timely updates. If you need an affidavit of due diligence one will be provided. Our basic skip trace consists of: specialists computer databases, public records, motor vehicle license & registration and postal traces. This is all done with the attention to detail and the utmost professionalism.

Forwarding Services

Source One Process has a network of process servers located in all the counties of Arizona. We are able to send the documents to our experienced and professional agents. You will know that your documents will be handled in a timely and professional manner. Our staff will notify you as soon as your documents are served, an affidavit will be prepared, and filed with the court. You will receive a conformed copy of the affidavit. We offer status of service through our web portal on documents sent to our agents for service.

Document Retrieval

Our staff is focused on customer service and retrieving your documents in a professional and timely manner.  You submit an order and we handle the rest. We will follow up with record providers and send a field agent out when the documents are available for scanning. The records will be sent to you via email, mail, fax, or on a disc if requested.
